The aim of this guide is to present the existing TPFC and their role (part 1), explain how they operate (part 2), and help public players, particularly local authorities, set up a TPFC in their area if the conditions are right (parts 3 and 4). More specifically, Article 22 \u00a7 3 of the Energy Efficiency Directive urges Member States to create a \u00ab\u00a0supportive framework [\u2026] in particular for the creation of one-stop shops.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\ud83e\udd14 You do not know what a supportive national framework for OSS should look like?<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udca1 Building on the experience and lessons learned \u2018in the field\u2019 by the five French Third-Party Financing companies (a specific local OSS model), SERAFIN association drafted key recommendations for Member States wishing to create a dream country for OSS. The envisaged revision of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive is an opportunity to set stricter energy efficiency criteria for housing renovation.
