_builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb4.18.0&Prime; _module_preset=\u00a0\u00bbdefault\u00a0\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00a0\u00bb{}\u00a0\u00bb][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb4.18.0&Prime; _module_preset=\u00a0\u00bbdefault\u00a0\u00bb custom_margin=\u00a0\u00bb|||40px|false|false\u00a0\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00a0\u00bb{}\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>R\u00e9pondre au<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/b><b>besoin d\u2019accompagnement des m\u00e9nages \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de travaux performants<\/b><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selon l\u2019enqu\u00eate nationale men\u00e9e par l\u2019ADEME sur les travaux de r\u00e9novations \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques des maisons individuelles (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ademe.fr\/travaux-renovation-energetique-maisons-individuelles-enquete-tremi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">TREMI<\/a>), \u00ab<em>\u00a0L\u2019accompagnement des m\u00e9nages n\u2019est pas \u00e0 la hauteur des besoins exprim\u00e9s.<\/em><span>\u00a0<\/span><i>Seulement 15 % des m\u00e9nages ayant r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des travaux ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d\u2019informations et d\u2019accompagnement\u00a0<\/i>\u00bb, concernant les aspects techniques et les diff\u00e9rentes aides disponibles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Afin de conforter leur r\u00f4le de tiers de confiance, sous le contr\u00f4le des collectivit\u00e9s, les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de tiers-financement (STF) doivent garantir la qualit\u00e9 de leurs r\u00e9novations et ainsi renforcer leur impact sur le march\u00e9 de la r\u00e9novation.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Lever le frein du financement des travaux<\/b><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les r\u00e9novations performantes repr\u00e9sentent une importante d\u00e9pense malgr\u00e9 les aides publiques, cet investissement est difficile \u00e0 financer pour les m\u00e9nages qui ne correspondent pas aux crit\u00e8res d\u2019octroi de cr\u00e9dit des banques.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Une solution : le tiers-financement<\/b><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le tiers-financement consiste \u00e0 proposer une offre de r\u00e9novation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique qui inclut l\u2019accompagnement et le financement du projet de travaux, de telle sorte que les mensualit\u00e9s de remboursement soient tr\u00e8s proches des \u00e9conomies financi\u00e8res permises par les travaux.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">7 soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de tiers financement ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment cr\u00e9\u00e9es par des Conseils R\u00e9gionaux et M\u00e9tropoles.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_button button_text=\u00a0\u00bbLes soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de tiers-financement fran\u00e7aises\u00a0\u00bb button_alignment=\u00a0\u00bbleft\u00a0\u00bb _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb4.25.0&Prime;
